+BBWolf+3Pigs
Greetings from New England! A group of us are looking at the possibility of doing a multi-state cache run between Cincinnati, OH and Nashville, TN. This would be over a 3-day period. We are looking for recommendations for caches, interesting sights/stops and of course, food. Caches: Due to time constraints, long hikes in the woods are out. We enjoy historic locations, great views, and clever hides. Sights: We are thinking of stopping at Mammoth Caves. What else can you recommend that has a "cool" factor? Even unusal things like "World's Largest Turnip" may be enough for us to stop and check out. Food: Food is as important to us (if not more so) than finding caches. We like to sample the local favorite eateries. We'll try just about anything, but we have a soft spot for BBQ. Oh, and Skyline Chili is already on the agenda (an Ohio transplant is amongst our ranks). Thanks! Quote Link to comment
