Is this a geocoin?

So earler, I found something in a cache close to home that I don't know if it's a geocoin or not. It looks like a compass rose, and it's gold with black, blue, green, red, and gray arrows. Can someone tell me what it is?

Compass rose coins come in so many colors, it could be. Does it say "track at geocaching.com" on it?

swag (trading stuff.) not trackable on geocaching.com, but nice to find...be sure to put something of equal or greater value back in the cache you found it in, or if it's too late, at least add to another cache without taking anything. it is not of the same value of a geocoin...somewhere around $1.50

FYI..... a trackable geocoin will have the words "trackable on Geocaching.com", or some such variant, clearly stamped or etched on it - even on the edge sometimes.
