Can't send to GPS

I can't download to my gps. I have the software install and i did get it to work one time and now i am trying to download somemore cashes but the download button is greyed out. I have installed both internet explorer and firefox and it doesn't work on either. I have a magellan explorist gc. Any ideas?

On what page are you? The one that discribes the cache?

Some GPS's need to be turned off to download, and some need to be turned on. It could be as simple as that.

Tell us more about how you are downloading. Are you using "drag and drop" or a program to download?

Need a little more info -- there are different ways to download.

 

Using the "Send to GPS" option?

 

Are you speaking of a Pocket Query? If a PQ, regarding the bolded portion..... if you are trying to download the same download, you cannot.

 

Perhaps a download using the [Add to Queue] button? If so, two things come into play --

1) This is a 'My Finds' query and not a Pocket Query per se (used for cache finding).

2) You can perform this function only once in three days. -- It almost sounds as though you are trying to use the [Add to Queue] button in that it is "greyed out".
