43 degree bearing

Hi forum

I solved a puzzle cache. Upon doing that, an extra hint pops up on Certitude and says "cache is 143' away on a 43 degree bearing". I have no idea what is meant by 43 degree bearing. Does it mean I walk 143 feet at a 43 degree angle?

Thanks!!

Cissy

Yes. North is zero degrees. East is 90 degrees. South is 180 degrees. 43 degrees is NE. Most GPS receivers have the ability to project waypoints. That might be useful for this situation.
