knowschad Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 Appleton, WI is an area that is already thick with geocaches. I don't really see the need to adopt caches there. Archive it, and a new one will probably spring up in a matter of days or weeks, at the most. Also, I suspect it would be easier to adopt your "Death's Door: cache with its 23 favorite points, than "Tree Bridge Fun" with none. In addition, you'd be MUCH more likely to find somebody by posting to the Midwest geocaching forum and to your local geocaching groups than here, in Off-Topic, especially considering that your post is very much On Topic for geocaching.
