jholly
retrieve it from where you got it, log a note on the new cache and drop the bug. Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
retrieve it from where you got it, log a note on the new cache and drop the bug. Assuming your new cache has been published. If things were done right, you should already have the TB in your 'inventory'. Quote Link to comment

+palmetto
Hi Extreme_Wade, I checked your profile, it shows no trackables moved. This means you haven't "grabbed" the trackable correctly. So, step one is learning how to log trackables: http://www.geocaching.com/track/howto.aspx Revisit the new cache, to get the trackable's number, it's probably on the tag. Once you have that number, you can "grab" the trackable with a log to the trackable's page. Once it's "grabbed" it will be in your inventory, and now you can "drop" it in the new cache by post a "write note" log. As your cache is already published, you could also post a note log to the cache page, asking the next finder to send you the trackable tracking code, or just take the trackable, and they can straighten out the tracking, by grabbing from where it now shows, dropping it in your cache, then grabbing it again.
