+Ocean Archer
I currently own a Garmin 255W that has been updated to the latest version of software and maps for the United States. There is an SD port on the machine that will accept a 4GB SD chip. Is there a way to store all the Geocache codes for Mississippi on an SD chip, then insert the chip into the 255W --> that way, as I drive down the highway, I will get geocache points shown in the machine, and if I select a point, the actual coords will be displayed ? I'l continue to use my hand-held for final location .......... Quote Link to comment
+Cacheoholic
You can load them as favorites but are limited to a maximum number of favorites by the GPS, probably 1000. You can also use Garmin’s POI Loader with no number limit but the caches are not displayed visually unless you are zoomed way in. Quote Link to comment
