I would like to see State/Province list activated under Finland

 

 

I would think that whether or not the Advanced Search form breaks out States/Provinces/Regions for a country is somewhat dependent upon the number of geocaches in the country, but that doesn't always seem to be the case. I suspect that Finland has a lot more caches than South Africa but the latter is broken out by provinces and most of the caches in SA are probably in the Guateng province (where Johannesburg is located). The size of the country doesn't seem to factor into it either. Italy, for example, is broken out into regions, but China and Russia are not.
