How do you add the pictured border,and colored or bolded text to your cache page?

Write it in HTML.

Using the html codes.

Making bold text is easy just put

<b>

before and

</b>

after the text you want bolded.

Adding picture border and/or coloring backgrounds use other codes. There are many websites that explain some of the various code. Or you could find a cache page you like and ask the person about the html they used, you may even be able to right click and view source to see all the coding on the page.

 

One caution I throw at you is to not go over board. If you have dozens of colors in scrolling markees, etc, You'll probly be giving a headache to someone with a slower connection trying to view your cache page.
