+Max and 99
When I log a visit on a waymark, I can specify a date. Why can't I specify a date when I leave a comment? I couldn't log a comment until today, but the activity I want to describe at the waymark location occurred several days ago. Quote Link to comment
+Max and 99
When you log a Geocaching "Note" rather than a visit, you can choose the date of the log. Why not in Waymarking as well? I don't understand why "Comment" logs don't have a date option. I received an email this morning from a fellow waymarker who had re-visited a waymark I had posted. She asked why she couldn't upload a photo to her comment log, since she wanted to include an update photo of what the place looked like when she visited yesterday. It doesn't make sense to add the photo to her OLD Visit log, since that wasn't what the place looked like when she visited the first time. This updated photo would be a nice addition to the online documentation of the location. Comment logs really should have a date option AND the opportunity to upload photos. Quote Link to comment
+BruceS
She can just post another visit. I don't think it increases the visit count. Quote Link to comment
