How do I have to sing the registration book

I'am new in geocaching and before start go find caches i want to know what i have to write down in the caches' registration book, my username or my ID number???? :rolleyes:

Hi, welcome.

 

Most cachers sign the log book with their username and the date. It's nice if you can add a brief comment too (if there's room!).

 

Your userID number has no significance in your day to day geocaching.

Nearly all of mine are: "dd/mm/yy Jumile TFTC!" Assuming I can remember the date.

Back in the day we used to prick our fingers and sign the logs in blood with at least 2 paragraphs about ourselves and then signed our full legal name, username, site id number and our own unique 32 character pin to fully identify ourselves.......

 

 

Site username and date of find will do.
