+thewingfamily
Hello Everyone, My son is turning 11 this year and he loves geocaching. We have gotten him his own GPS, backpack, digital camera, trackables, buttons, swag, and cache containers (so he can place his own) for his birthday. We were looking for some creative ideas...help We have several places where we can hide things also in different towns but on property where they will not be found by anyone but him. But we were looking for ideas on how to actually go about giving them to him. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!!! Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
I would suggest pre-loading the GPSr with waypoints where the other goodies may be found. You could gift the GPSr early in the day and spend the rest of the day collecting the other items in some sort of logical progression. Quote Link to comment
+ShaunEM
How do you load his GPS? Perhaps make some false geocaches on his device that only he would have the coordinates to? It sounds like you want to place his gifts out in the wild and then have him find them. Hide them carefully or it could be a very sad birthday! Shaun Quote Link to comment
