Rather than send you to an external link, I will tell you that once you have posted your log for the cache, near the right side just above your posted text will be three options Edit Log Delete Log Upload Image. Choosing Upload Image will give you an option to select the picture from your computer, add a caption and add a description for the photo.

An external link to a Groundspeak page is not a bad thing. Especially a link to the Groundspeak page about "how to log your first find".

 

A page that has screenshots of the actual cache logging process...very helpful.

 

And I saved the OP a bit of clicking. That link is found in the Help Center, which is very useful for finding out everything about geocaching on the Groundspeak site.

I'm always of the opinion that it's better to learn for yourself rather than rely on what one is "told".
