Transferring multiple caches to Explorist 610

Can anyone tell me how (or if) to transfer more than one cache at a time to my Magellan Explorist 610? At the moment I can only seem to transfer 1 at a time. Is there any way to transfer all of Australia (or at least QLD) in one go?

I don't think that loading all the caches available is a good idea. New data needs to be updated regularly. Caches get archived, and you don't want to be wasting time working with old data for that reason.

I have an eXplorist 710 and I will download all the caches as a Pocket Query and save the file to the desktop on the computer.

 

After I have the PQ saved, I connect the eXplorist to the laptop and use Magellan's Vantage Point software to open the PQ and transfer all of the caches to the GPS at once.

I've written some 'How to' documents (Adobe Acrobat PDF) including paperless caching on a Magellan eXplorist (I use a 710). They explain with loads of screen shots how to get the PQ and transfer it to the GPS using Windows Explorer as well as Vantage Point.
