Help!

 

My Cub Scout pack is camping tomorrow night and we're going to introduce geocaching to the boys. I bought 5 etrex Summit HC and have my son's etrex Venture HC. When I try to load caches into the units it will only load into the Venture and the first Summit, even though each one is shown to have a different unit number.

 

Besides physically entering the coordinates into each one individually, is there a way I can load all 5 Summits at one time?

First thing to check is to check for caches by name. By default it shoes them by proximity out to something like 20 miles. Goto menu and search by name.
