Problem with map caches

Hello,

 

We are Catalan and we still not talking english very well. We'll try to explain our problem.

When we want open the information of the caches in the map it happens this:

 

 

It happens in all the browsers as chrome, firefox, IE...

 

We have an other computer which doesn't have this problem, but it's less powerful than the other one.

 

We don't deal because this happens.

 

Has this happened to someone?

I solved the problem, it was an extension of firefox called facetheme.

 

The antivirus detected the extension as a virus and delete.

I have the same problem. I tried with CHROME,EXPLORER and FIREFOX.

I cleaned all possible virus

Nothing found called facetheme.

 

Could you give us more information about how to solve this?

Jaumet, are you running any antivirus programs or other similar add-ons that might be interfering with the JavaScript on the map page?

SOLVED!!!!

 

I realized a program in ... Program Files/Object/facetheme

 

a program called facetheme-uninstall

 

I deinstalled whatever it was and deleted the whole folder OBJECT

and now it works.

Juamet, I´m happy you finally have found the solution.

 

There are differents threads in some parts of forums but neither of them had the solution.

 

BTW I spoke with Jaumet about that problem and he told me the problem not only affect to www.geocaching.com, all pages what use dropdown menus has the same problem.
