How manage sub-waypoints of multi on etrex 30 ?

Hi everybody,

I recently bought a garmin etrex30.

perfect until now.

I'm just a little but surprised on how waypoints are not managed ?

I explain :

I first load my caches from GSAK.

I choose a multi cache. Then I could only go the initial position, but no way to access others sub-waypoints.

The only option I see is "enter next step", and then I should enter new value, but i'd like to be able to navigate through sub-waypoints of the multi.

For mysteries or multi with computed waypoints, same thing, no way to attach a new waypoint to the cache.

I can only add a "general" waypoint, but I cannot link it to the cache!

I try to ask garmin support but they don't understand question and answer me about "Wherigo"...

So it will be great, if someone know how to do or if it could be a software improvement...

Thanks

Correct. You cannot link directly from a cache to additional waypoints. In the Oregon series, if a cache has additional waypoints, it lists them in text at the end of the description. There's no way to go straight to the waypoint from there, though. You'd need to find that waypoint under the waypoint manager, or find it on the map.

Thanks for your answers !

I will wait and hope that garmin will implement this feature ... a day may be ;)

I don't really understand why this feature is not already integrated because it is so useful and really not complex to implement (and only firmware improvement...)!
