Problem with Premium Membership Gift Code

I've been given a premium membership but I am having trouble when trying to add it to my account.

 

When I put my code in on the page I get the following message "The Groundspeak Gift Membership field contains an invalid code. Please re-enter your code and confirm that there are no additional spaces."

 

Are the codes supposed to be 10 digits, mine seems to be; 3 letters - 1 number - 1 letter - 2 numbers - 3 letters

 

Can anyone help?

I sorted this myself

 

I was given the code wrongly!

 

Correct layout is below:

 

GIFT-XXXXXXXXXX

 

So GIFT (in capitals), no space, hyphen, no space and the ten digit code, at least this is what worked for me!
