+KMTAF Posted April 18, 2021 Posted April 18, 2021 I know this is a very old forum, and replies are unlikely. But I can't seem to find what "IMO" means. If anybody knows what this means, please let me know, and thank you. Quote

+Spudyr Posted April 20, 2021 Posted April 20, 2021 Not sure if we’re doing international acronyms here, but “mplc” really confused me when I looked at caches in France... it means “merci pour la cache” so the equivalent of TFTC... the more ya know! 1 1 1 Quote
theebaldy Posted June 12, 2022 Posted June 12, 2022 Very useful thankyou, just got started have a few local caches under out belts. Knowing the acronyms really helps and makes us feel a part of the group. Thx to all 👍👍 2 Quote

It's at the end, but with just a "TFTC" linked-to in a tip at the bottom... 1 Quote

I found one here: https://coord.info/GCAG6TQ (here's another one) The cache title includes "TBIES" and the description starts with the phrase "Tallest Building in each State". That must be what it is, but you could ask the Cache Owner if you need more info. Edited April 11, 2024 by kunarion Quote

Sounds like a good series to make in other countries, maybe I'll give it a try in my province in Canada. 1 Quote
+igator210 Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 This is a tongue-in-check one that has popped up locally: MWIGH: More when I get home. Its mainly used for First to Finds, to alert that it has been found, but it might be a bit before the finder writes a real log. 1 Quote
+vogelly Posted September 26, 2024 Posted September 26, 2024 Good morning, does PBL mean anything to anyone? It’s part of a cache name that I couldn’t find near Rapid City, SD. Quote

Maybe this: https://projectbloggedlearning.wordpress.com/ If you mean this cache, it was hidden by cachers with the cacher name "PBL". If the cache is named after cachers who placed it, the mystery is solv-ed! Edited September 26, 2024 by kunarion Quote
