Big Yac Posted March 14, 2012 Share Posted March 14, 2012 a friend gave me an old Nuvi 200. He also is going to give me a copy of North America City Navigator 2011 to put on it. This was put on a different unit of his, will it work on the Nuvi 200 I have? If so, how do I install it? This is my first auto gps. Thanks. Quote Link to comment

+Woodstramp Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 I was able to load GPSfiledepot topo maps on a SD card and see them on three different Nuvis. The first was the old Nuvi 200 I still use today. All I had to do was turn off the original, stock CN in settings to see the topos. I'm sure this could also be done toggling between the CN version in internal memory and another version on the SD card. Quote Link to comment
