+sww Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Hello all, I have just upgraded from Symbain Anna on a Nokia N8 to Symbian Belle. I note that I lost my Geocache Navigator. I try to install again and get an error "java.lang.SecurityException: METS_INF/LIVE.SF has invalid digist for v.class in E:\Installs\GeocachingLive.jar". It worked on Anna well. It sounds like some permission problem. The app is java based and can be fround from: http://live.geocaching.com/dl/GeocachingLive.jar Anybody got clues on how to fix or if it is experienced by many others? Couldn't douwnload Geocache Navigator again as it said it was not available. Emailed Trimble... useless! Emailed OviStore who phoned me and refunded money for this and another app which won't work since the upgrade. Good to have money back but Geocache Navigator was brilliant app and Geocaching will be much more difficult without it. Cheers & thanks, Simon you can download Viewranger for free from the OVI store. i find the app very accurate in finding caches. its a little complicated at first, though after some perseverance you should get the hang of it Quote Link to comment

Available in the nokia-store http://store.ovi.com/content/160806 and a test version is available from the developers website: http://www.harbaum.org/till/cacheme/index.shtml (scroll way down) Still some limitations (i.e. no logging from within the app) but overall it works very nice.
