Sagefox
I did a search but could not find a topic reminding folks to find at least one cache on Leap Day since the chance comes only once in every 1461 days. There are two types of cachers who will need to do this: A: Those who ARE filling out their Finds Each Day of the Year calendar, and, B: Those who ARE NOT filling out their Finds Each Day of the Year calendar but, as yet, are unaware they might regret having missed this day sometime during the next four years. +ScoutDadNC
and folks who like souvenirs, am sure there are a few out there. I have heard that there will be a 366th day souvenir for those that find a cache on the 29th. For me I am going to have to find one early in the morning and log it. I have to work for 24 hours on that day. Quote Link to comment
WRASTRO
and folks who like souvenirs, am sure there are a few out there. I may or may not make a find on the 29th this year. The reason would be to enjoy myself and get a smilie. Found 2 on the 29th 4 years ago. Quote Link to comment
hukilaulau
lots of events planned for that day. You can get all your stuff that way too... Quote Link to comment
Mitragorz
lots of events planned for that day. You can get all your stuff that way too... I'm hoping to make the one in Carle Place. The thing is, I don't have a schedule! Such is life in the on-demand world. I'll still be making an effort to grab a cache, regardless of where I am. Quote Link to comment
Sagefox
A group of us are planning on finding 29 caches on the 29th and then attending a dinner event. That should help make up for missing this day four years ago. Quote Link to comment
The A-Team
Leap out of your car... Don't forget to tuck and roll! Disclaimer: The A-Team does not condone the act of leaping out of your car to find a cache on any day of the year. Don't try this at home. Quote Link to comment

Pure Cane Sugar
Maybe not in the past, but THIS year there will be a souvenir! I plan to find at least one cache that day, and also hopefully attend an event. I do hope one day to fill out my calendar of days, and I don't want to wait four years to get this one! +Andromeda321
Leap out of a car? That implies I have one! Gotta head out for an observatory shift that weekend, which is super annoying because there are only a very small handful of caches in the area that I could get. There is a multi that I've pretty much figured out all the stages for tho- my plan is to spend a little time Mon/Tues double checking the stages to make sure I know where the final will be. Mr.Yuck
lots of events planned for that day. You can get all your stuff that way too... Yeah, I have an event 3 miles from home I'm going to. In my sub-arctic climate, there could be 2 feet of snow that day. I am working on the 366 day challenge, and only have about 10 days left, should finish up in June. However, the local 366 day challenge allows finds on caches placed on a leap day, and I have 3 of those. I can't speak for every 366 day challenge everywhere though. Quote Link to comment
Harry Dolphin
I have not looked for the cache at the mall yet. Saving it for Leap Frog Day. As long as we don't have a lot of snow, it should be findable. That will complete my found calendar. My hidden on calendar was missing Christmas. Got that just after Christmas! Quote Link to comment
OZ2CPU
I am still working on making and placing 41 caches, to be released the 29th, there is an event near by, I been working on the for a month now. I hope they find them all that night :-) and maybe someone else make a little cache or two for me to find. Quote Link to comment
