+Le_Squid
What is your third party app you are using? We need a little more info to help you out. I'll try to be a litle bit more precise; On my iphone 4 geocaching app (which was working fine a while ago) When i select find nearby geochaces i get the message : could not find any geochache... and when i try to search by adress, i get the message There was a problem connecting to geocaching.com. Only my previously saved caches work... Hope this is more precise and thank you very much for the time you are taking to help me out... Quote Link to comment

+Team LyssLyss
I had this happen recently with the same app for Android, fixed by switching off, removing battery and sim and then putting it all back together again and switching back on. It all came back immediately. Maybe give that a try if you haven't already? Quote Link to comment
+Lieblweb
Close the app.... power OFF the phone and power it back up again. Open the APP again.... Also, check the offline button at the bottom left corner. Green = good (online) Red = Not good (offline) Quote Link to comment
