But one won't activate for nothing. The code is clear and obviously the copy has the same exact letters/numbers code. I even tried different combinations of the last digit which is a zero , but I tried it uppercase and lowercase O. I have the activation code card - tried it with and without - no luck. I can't find where in the travel bug site to ask for tech help. Error = The Travel Bug you requested does not exist in the system Can someone direct me please? Thanks! This happened to me once before...it wasn't about me putting in the wrong code. I contacted Geocaching.com, they had me send a picture of the TB, then they sent me a special code....so, it does happen that a coin or TB won't activate. Quote Link to comment

All I can suggest is going to the link (below) to put in the tracking code in the 'Activate trackable' box and see if it gives you a different activation code from the one you got with the TB. http://www.geocaching.com/track/default.aspx If that doesn't get you anywhere try emailing contact @ geocaching .com with the details and see if they can sort it out for you.
