bascrd Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Long Beach Island is a popular vacation spot in NJ this summer I went down many time but the amount of caches on the island bothers me...I hope to place a few this summer and just wanted to raise awareness in case any other cachers vacation or have a house on the island please place a cache or two specifically in your favorite spots Quote Link to comment

I have one down there and live 2 hours away but I don't mind the drive there to check on it when it's needed. I lived there for awhile and still have friends there so it gives me a good reason to meet up with them. I was there last week to do some caching and was really disappointed in the type of hides that have shown up there recently. One was a gatorade bottle with a log in it just tossed in the brush on the side of the roadway. Quote Link to comment
