Jeremy Posted April 20, 2002 Share Posted April 20, 2002 DB Server went down around 5:20am PST (8:20am EST). Was rebooted and it ran fine from 9:00am PST on. Rebooted the web server at around 9:15am PST as a precaution. DB Server will be replaced as part of the new upgrades this week. We believe the problem has to do with hardware (possibly memory) issues. Error logs come up empty and no other symptoms exist.
