Garmin eTrex 30

My wife bought me a Garmin eTrex 30 GPS for Christmas for geocaching. I have been using it and finding caches but I don't know how to delete the ones that I have found from my GPS. If anyone out there has a eTrex 30 I would appreciate your help.

You have to connect the unit to your computer and use that to delete the .gpx file(s) in the /Garmin directory. You can not delete the files from the unit. If your .gpx file has unfound caches then your going to need to reload the .gpx file without the found caches. Welcome to the world of paperless geocaching.

Snap. I got the same one for Christmas , and like you I wondered how to delete found caches on the unit!

That was until the kind folk on here directed me to my laptop. We were going around in circles with the GPS trying to delete them with no luck. I hold my hand up and admit I never thought of the computer. But I know now
