+TimeTraveler57
I am considering the purchase of a Toshiba Thrive android tablet PC. I would like to know if there is an application available that will allow for off-line geocaching. I have looked at several applications that seem to work off-line onn android phones. I want to be able to use the WiFi internet connection at home to down-load geocaches, then use the tablet's GPS and an applicaion's mapping features to do off-line geocaching. The perfect application would work similar to the Groundspeak's on-line application. Quote Link to comment
+The Frosties!
pretty sure both neongeo and c:geo are usable offline (I'm sure others are too), just make sure you have maps stored on the device, and loads of caches Quote Link to comment
NordicMan
You can use Locus Pro & download offline maps, & dump pocket queries into it. Quote Link to comment

That's another good reason to get it. I just wish it was $100 cheaper. Quote Link to comment
