Unpublished cache

Hi,

 

i placed a cache on the 25th Dec and it still hasntbeen activated. I have enabled it twice and left 2 reviewer notes, one of those this morning. Is this normal over festive time to wait this long. Have now left the area andit is not approved I am without the cache! quite annoying. Any advise

Reviewers are volunteers... It is the holiday season, and they do have families.

(Have other caches in your area been published?)

 

Having said that, check they haven't left a Reviewer note, asking you a question about the cache.

 

Other problem is, usually you haven't checked the 'This cache is active' box.

Hi Nonno's - I just looked at your cache, it's fine, and in the Ireland queue.

 

I'm not sure what you did that you think is "enabled it twice" - there's only one enable log, and it is dated today, Dec 31. There's another reviewer note by you, but that was posted on a disabled cache.

 

You may have been waiting since Christmas, but the cache isn't visible to the reviewer until it's enabled.

 

The cache report form changed in the last few months, it used to be enable by default. Now it's disabled by default.

 

This seems to be causing some difficulties.

Thanks for the feedback. Keelman:i live 1hr away so my dad is taking are of the cache for me.
