Need help w/ puzzle

I'm relatively new to geocaching and this forum. I've been lurking for a few days but only now feel I have something worthy of posting. I'm attempting a puzzle cache and could use some help. GC35V09 is the cache. And here is what I have so far these numbers

Sorry, but it's generally frowned upon to post puzzle solutions in the forums. Have you tried emailing the CO for a hint?

Having been the one (along with the wife) to FTS and FTF on this puzzle, I would recommend contacting the CO, Static Tank. He's a very nice guy, and is willing to give nudges in the right direction. And I would hope that nobody here in the forums would spoil it by posting clues.

I would appreciate if this information was remove immediately. I put hours and weeks of work into creating my puzzles and I am disappointed that the answers just appear online. I am more than willing to respond directly to any questions. Unfortunately there are those out there that would use this information because they don't care about hard work or even appreciate all the time needed to solve a cache like this.
