Can I be converted ? :)

 

1. How is the data stored ?

2. Are caches stored in sub-directories in a file strucure or a database like SQLite ?

3. Does it allow off-line maps ?

4. Which maps are available, Google, OSM, Streemap...

5. Can GPX files be imported ? Are they listed separately ?

6. Can GPX file be exported ?

7. Can Live searches be stored off-line for future use ?

8. Are MO caches available to Basic Members ?

9. Can FieldNotes be uploaded for logging later at Home ?

10. What happens when there is no data sugnal ?

dunno.. i haven't found any .gpx files on my phone.

don't think so

it caches maps by how and what you zoom you were at

google satelite and street

yes and i think so

no

as of the latest update i think so.. haven't tried it.

8. Are MO caches available to Basic Members ?

doubt it.. you gotta login so it'll know who you are and what you ahave paid for.

i think so..

10. What happens when there is no data sugnal ?

download a PQ ahead of time using the app and then swithch to airplane mode and cache away.. works just fine.
