Where to report bugs?

Where should geochaching.com bugs be reported that are of a security-related nature and shouldn't be posted publicly? I tried emailing contact@Groundspeak.com but got no reply.

When I've found that sort of bugs, I've emailed contact@ and eventually gotten a reply, so that's probably the right place.

 

If you haven't waited a few days, it's too early to assume you got no reply. It takes them a while to get caught up, especially just after a weekend.

That's the place. Don't expect instant results. It takes time and sometimes the priority list drops you off the radar.
