how does one un-archive one of their caches?

I had a chace go missing a few weeks ago so I archived it until I could replace it (relocated by 150 feet and better hidden) But now I can't find a way to archive it and I'm wondering if that was the wrong thing to do in the first place. The new cache is all ready to go and the cache description has the new coordinates in it, I just need to un-archive it. Any suggestions? The cache in questions is GCE9E6

When you plan on replacing the cache, especially rather quickly, you probly want to disable the cache. To get a cache un-archived you have to send an email to Jeremy (contact@Groundspeak.com) asking him to do it, as you can't do it yourself. Make sure you identify the cache, so as to speed up the process (which might take a few days).

 

The other thing I'll bring up is the idea of just making this a new cache. If you've moved or reworked the cache enough so that it might be different adventure than the first, consider just submitting the cache as a new one. If the cache is pretty much the same, just moved a "couple tree over" or whatever. Then just get old one un-archived and edit it, Thats how I would do it anyways.

Thanks for the info! The cache was just hidden a little better but the overall adventure is the same so I'll just email Jeremy to get it unarchived. In the future I'll just disable the cache if this happens again. (I hope not). Thanks!
