What does the * in "last found" column mean?

Recommended Posts

It means that the confusing "new"-sign finally has been removed, and replaced with an equally confusing *, to indicate that the cache was found during the last 7 days.

Pish posh. I'll have the * explained at the bottom in the legend. No need to get your knickers in a twist, Gustaf. Have some lasagna.

OK, can I have my * red and blinking? icon_biggrin.gif

Oh, never mind.

[Well, actually I was kidding above, but now that I've used it...

Can't it be a little more obvious? Maybe it shouldn't say "new"...but as it is, it's almost invisible... icon_frown.gif)

Umm, how does the fact that it was found in the last 7 days change people's interpretation of the search results? I can't see it as being a regularly needed bit of information. Those that want it can do the maths.

OK, how about the glasses next to the three closest caches in my search? Do those mean, "Sheesh, man, you should be able to see it from there"?

It means they're on your watch list, though your suggestion might work too.
