3gs not showing premiums

Hi,

 

I joined up as a premium member recently so I could find premium member-only caches near my home.

 

Unfortunately, whilst there is no problem on the desktop they don't even seem to be showing up on my iphone. Can somebody help please?

Start the app, go to menu, settings, and change user. This will log you out. Then log back in, and you should see them

Thanks, unfortunately that did not work. It is almost like the iphone does not understand I upgraded to premium :-(

Log out, reboot, log in. Or log out, quick-kill the app with the double-click of the home button, and log back in.

 

I did my first 750 finds with a 3GS...it will work.

If logging in again doesn't update the app and recognize your Premium status, please follow JessAnd Todd's suggestion of closing the app, restart the phone and reopen the app.

 

If this doesn't work, delete the app and reinstall it from the app store. As long as you use the same iTunes account, it will not charge your account again. Once you enter your iTunes password, it will recognize your previous purchase so you can download it for free.
