Image URL won't display picture

I'm trying to display a picture from here:

using the IMG URL tag in the GPS Units & Software forum, Mag Color thread. For some reason the image isn't viewable.

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?

Never Mind...it's a permissions issue at the site I'm using. I'm working through it now.

Test

When you click on the link you made it says the url is forbidden. There is something wrong with the link to the picture.

Do not extend your expectations unto others, you will not be disappointed by the stupid things they do.
