I just recently began geocaching, though I've been aware of the activity for a few years now and likewise have been a member of Geocaching.com since 2008. I live in the Monterey Bay area of California, USA and I am currently enrolled at California State University Monterey Bay. I come to you for help and hopefully some generosity. I am in search of a GPS unit; preferrably one I can come by for almost nothing. Budget is tight right now, and naturally forking over cash for a unit just isn't possible. I guess what I am asking is if you have a second GPS unit you are no longer using. You know, that one that's just lying around in a "junk" drawer somewhere. I'd be willing to take it off your hands and give it a loving, caring home. My boys (4 & 2) would promise to help me care for it as well. Thanks all 862now Quote Link to comment
