skydiver
According to my acount settings, my 'signature' for the forums should be... --------------------------------------- "We never seek things for themselves —- what we seek is the very seeking of things." Blaise Pascal (1623–1662) --------------------------------------- But what's actually appearing is what you see below. Why don't they match? --------------------------------------- "We never seek things for themselves what we seek is the very seeking of things." Blaise Pascal (16231662) --------------------------------------- Link to comment
Elias
Looks like those dashes were funky. I replaced them with standard dashes so if you log out and back in again, they should work. Did you paste your signature in from Word or something which might have a "feature" that converts dashes to some other dash-like character? -Elias Link to comment
skydiver
That's an em dash, and technically, the correct punctuation to use there. As for what was seperating the years, that was suppoed to be a regular hyphen, but didn't display either. Looks better now though. --------------------------------------- "We never seek things for themselves -- what we seek is the very seeking of things."
