Lost1 Posted July 19, 2002 Share Posted July 19, 2002 On 7/19/02 I hid my first cache. On 7/20/02 it was posted @ www.geocaching.com. And today when I search by the zip code where it is hidden it is not listed. How does this work? Has this happened to anyone else? Link to comment

When you submit your cache, you can view it on the site although others can not, until it is actually approved. I bet it'll be up by tomorrow. Link to comment

If you're logged in to the site, caches you've hidden are subdivided onto the bottom of the page on proximity and state searches. This is your cache - try a 5 mile radius search around Wilmington, Ohio's zip code... click here Then try a 20 mile search.
