MAXNigHT
So, simple question--what is the proper etiquitte when you find a cache you previously had listed as DNF? Do you input a new "found it" log, or can you edit your old log to reflect the find? Just curious. Thanks. MAXNigHT Quote Link to comment
Ike 13
When I started I just edited, but now I feel it's best to always post a new log. This let's others see both pieces of info from your DNF and Found logs. Quote Link to comment
EdrickV
I say, make a new log for each visit. (And for any re-visits of found caches, say picking up/dropping off a TB or Geocoin, log a Note.) Quote Link to comment
Borst68
New log. There is probably some useful info in the DNF. Also, if you edit a previous log, the CO will not get an update and will not know that you did eventually find it. There is no shame in a DNF so there isn't a need to edit them when you do make the find. Quote Link to comment
MAXNigHT
Thanks for the replies. I'll continue to add a new log when I eventually find those DNFs. Quote Link to comment
