I notice that the benchmarking info seems to be exclusively USA.

 

Are there any Canadian benchmarkers?

Or any place I might look for a list of known benchmarks here?

Waymarking.com has a category for Canadian benchmarks. It relies on user submissions though.

 

Check the CSRS website for a much more complete database. You need an account to use it, but registering is free.

If you ever get to the boundary with Minnesota, the Minnesota Department of Transportation database includes survey marks in rural municipalities and the Buffalo Point First Nation on the Canadian side.

 

As far as logging, though, that's on the Waymarking site.
