GPS Unit, invisibleSHIELD Screen Protector, Garmin Windshield Mount (needs new sticky pad), USB Cable, Original City Select North America v6 with serial and City Navigator v8 update DVD. Small crack in battery cover (see pictures) but it has never been a problem because of the windshield mount bracket goes over it.
