+Ant89
to cut a long story short i'm thinking of hiding a cache in the grounds (or boundary if the grounds are not always accessible) at a few local churches. Now is it the vicar who's name is on the info board for the church the relavent authoriy or is it their 'boss' so to speak? Quote Link to comment
+mpilchfamily
Go to the church and ask. Explain what you want to do and what Geocaching is and they will be able to point you in the right direction. Quote Link to comment

I would imagine the Vicar would be the relevant local manager - but they may refer the request up the chain. (How far up the chain would presumably depend on how observant they've been ) Quote Link to comment
Deceangi
In the First instance contact the Vicar/Pastor/Minister/Father who in the majority of cases will give a decision. I can only remember a couple of cases, where the decision was referred up to the Pastoral Council. Deci Quote Link to comment

I hope one of mine never gets referred to THE VERY TOP. I'm afraid on the basis of a lifetimes behaviour it would never, ever be allowed! Quote Link to comment

Not a problem, but it'll be inscribed on stone tablets and you'll need to go collect it from Mount Sinai Edited September 30, 2011 by MartyBartfast Quote Link to comment
