+Carsti29 Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Hello all. I'm going on a trip to the Galapagos Islands later this week. Since I travel primarily for diving, I do quite some island-hopping and at the end I do have some days in Quito at my hands. Any last minute advise? I plan to fetch a map from here unless you come up with a better source. If anybody needs support with their (vacation-) caches down there, I'd be glad to help if I come across that place. Wish me luck. //Carsti Quote
+lynx pardinus Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Hi Carsti, I've never been to Ecuador and, as so, can't give you any specific advice. Still, there is a very interesting blog of an American geocacher living in the Andean region (namely Ecuador) - http://sumajman.blogspot.com/ Enjoy your holidays! Quote

Thanx for your wishes. That blog looks interesting. The guy is coming around in South America quite a bit, isn't he? Quote
+Carsti29 Posted October 6, 2011 Author Posted October 6, 2011 Greetings from the Galapagos! I enjoy caching and diving here. The earth-caches on San Christobál are amazing. Can't say much for the other two, since I won't get a chance to see them... Great, interesting and so very fragile island. I love it. Quote
