+proadmin Posted June 22, 2003 Share Posted June 22, 2003 I love the pocket query feature! Finally I can script a routine that keeps my GPS and pilot up to date automatically. I have a couple suggestions to make it even better: 1) Name the files based on the Query name. Morgan_Hill.gpx makes a lot more sense than 12345.gpx. 2) It would be great if there was a way to retrieve queries other than email. For example, queries could be spooled up to files that could be fetced via HTTP (or FTP) as needed. That would reduce the email / bandwidth load on the servers and allow users to pull updated queries on demend. Link to comment
