kungfujohnny
I was given this clue to figure out, can anyone help me to understand what it means? The full second number of the code is the number of degrees east longitude that Cairo lies off the meridian at Greenwich, England. Quote Link to comment
+gpsfun
I generally suggest contacting the cache owner to ask for a hint or a nudge in the right direction in situations like this. Determining how to arrive at the answer to that question is probably part of the puzzle that the cache owner expects you to solve. Quote Link to comment

You are responding to an account created today with zero associated activity. Either this is not a Geocacher or they are trying on a brand new pair of puzzle socks. The only thing hard about this puzzle question is which Cairo do they mean (23 in the US), and if it's the one in Egypt which of the many slightly different published coords is best.
