Where can I get those cards which explain geocaching to muggles? thanks!

You can print your own. Go to the Play > Hide & Seek a Cache page:

In the right column, look for a list of links to various "Cache Note" documents, in different formats and languages.

Yes, thank you. I was wondering how I could make my own.

You could just take the message on those cards, and customize it to your preference, then print them out.

 

Depending on how you format them, you could get quite a few into a 8 1/2" by 11" sheet of paper.
