Event Souvenirs

So with all of the talk about the 8/20/11 souvenir I been watching my souvenir tab to see when it would pop up. That's when I realized I never received the one for the 10/10/10 event. Does anyone know who I should contact to see that I do get this one.

The 10/10/10 souvenir wasn't for attending events, it was for logging caches on that day.
