We have 5 Travel Bugs that are listed under her old personal account that need transferred over to the new team acct. I filled out the adoption forms with her account and received the emails with links to click to complete adoption. Now when I click the links and sign in as the new team account, I just get an error page that says: An Error Has Occurred Your request has resulted in an error. Please return to this site's home page to continue. I have tried different browsers and cleared cache, still receive the error message. Any thoughts? Quote Link to comment
+DadOf6Furrballs Posted August 19, 2011 Share Posted August 19, 2011 The adoption machine at HQ is temporarily not working. For some reason it quit after the update yesterday. I've got a cache that I'm adopting, waiting for the fix so I can go through with it. I'm pretty certain they're aware of it, and will be back online sometime soon. I had trouble uploading a photo to a cache log this morning. It eventually worked, try again... Quote Link to comment
