That information, and the KB page to which you linked, is substantially out of date.

The costume linked to from the KB page is an older, lightweight model which travels round Europe during the summer event season. I know this because I'm the person who looks after shipping, cleaning, and minor sewing repairs. Signal is quite a well-known figure in the dry cleaning and tailoring shops of Strasbourg. :)

Groundspeak has a more recent, better-made Signal which is available for North American event organisers. For the OP: I suggest that you write to contact@geocaching.com and ask them directly about how to get hold of this version.

Very off topic, but wasn't the OP's username something else when they started this thread? And I thought Keystone was the King of Pa., anyways.

Surprised the small range of 5'8" to 5'10" to wear the costume. that will eliminate many people, including a large segment of the female population. The average height for an American Male is in fact 5'9" though. Consider that your useless factoid o' the day.
